Your association's admin is spread across a website builder, a newsletter tool, a ticketing site, a payment account and a spreadsheet. Each login sits with whoever set it up. When a treasurer's term ends, much of what they knew leaves with them.
Veldun puts members, dues, events, email newsletters and the public website in one association account. The next treasurer is given access and finds everything where the last one left it. Dues go straight into the association's own Stripe account, at Stripe's standard rate.
Who Veldun suits, and who it does not
Veldun is made for professional associations of 75 to 500 members, such as medical societies, bar associations and accounting chapters. It works for a volunteer board, a single executive director or a management firm. A chapter of a national body gets its own account. A national body with ten thousand members and its own IT team will want a bigger system.
Event pages, newsletters and website changes wait for an admin to publish, send or deploy. Renewal reminders do not wait. Veldun writes and sends them on its own, 30, 14 and 7 days before a membership lapses, in the association's name. Nobody reviews them first, and nobody has to remember to chase.
