Put every client you manage on one system
For association management firms whose staff run a different system for every client. Move each client onto Veldun, and your coordinators learn one way to do renewals, events and newsletters for all of them.
One login for every client you run
Each person on your team signs in once and moves between the associations they help run from a menu in the dashboard. Your staff can be admins for a client. Its treasurer or board members can get read-only access, so they check the books without waiting on you.
Every association's records live in its own Veldun account, so nothing sits in one coordinator's inbox. When someone leaves, the next coordinator gets access and picks up the client on day one.
There is no combined view across clients yet, so you work in one association at a time.
Cut the repeat work in every client's year
- Set up an event in one sentence
- Type the event in a sentence. Veldun fills in the date, place, seat limit, member and non-member prices and a reminder. You check it and publish. 4 minutes instead of 30 minutes.
- Get the newsletter out by Friday
- Ask for a draft and Veldun pulls together upcoming events, recent recaps, new members and news from the profession. You edit it and press send. The issue takes 15 minutes instead of an hour and a half.
- Renewal reminders that go out on time
- Veldun writes each lapsing member a personal reminder in the association's name. It sends them 30, 14 and 7 days out, with no review. A season takes 7 minutes instead of an hour and 45 minutes.
- Keep every client's website current
- Ask for a change in plain words. Veldun drafts it on a copy of the site, so the live site stays intact while you check. You press deploy when it looks right. One page takes 3 minutes of your time instead of 20 minutes.
Make a recommendation any board can accept
Each association signs up as its own customer, with its own board approval, invoice and data agreement. You are never billed for a client and never sign for one.
An admin can download everything at any time: members, payments, events, sponsors, subscribers and documents. If a client cancels, its data is kept at least 30 days after cancellation, with an export available at any point in that window.
So you can advise a board on the merits, and the board can say yes knowing it can always leave with its data.
Your clients pay less when they come through you
- 20% off the plan price
- An association you bring to Veldun gets 20% off its plan price. Every plan has every feature, from $99 a month, so your client pays less for the full product.
- Advice your client's board can trust
- Veldun pays you no commission, referral fee or share of anything. No money comes to the firm, so a client's board never has to ask whose interest your recommendation serves.
See one client's site rebuilt first
Pick one client and send us its current website address with the form below. We rebuild that site on Veldun as a preview at a private link we show nobody else. The private preview is free.
You decide with the real thing in front of you. Free until you go live. No credit card required. If the client goes ahead, moving it off its old tools costs nothing, and its new site is live within five business days of signing up.
Tell us which clients to start with
Tell us how many associations you manage and which tools each one uses today. Name the client you would start with, and its website address, if you have one in mind. We reply within one business day.
