To set up an event, an admin types one sentence about it. Veldun fills in the title, description, date and time, location, capacity, member and non-member prices, and a reminder. The admin checks it, edits anything, and publishes, so the section dinner goes on sale without a long form.

For the newsletter, an admin asks for a draft. Veldun assembles one from your own activity: upcoming events, recaps, new members and news from the profession. The admin edits it and sends it, and nothing goes out before then. So each monthly issue starts with a full draft in front of you.
