Veldun vs. MemberClicks

MemberClicks does not publish a price list. An association asks for a quote, and the price and terms are set there. So the first step toward a number is asking them.

Veldun's plans are on its website. Starter is $99 a month up to 250 billable contacts, Growth $149 up to 500, and Professional $199 up to 1,000. Every feature is on every plan, month to month, with no setup fee. Your treasurer can price the year before talking to anyone.

Wild Apricot came to Personify in 2017. On 6 January 2026, Momentive Software bought Personify. Momentive also owns MemberClicks, so the two products now share an owner. They are still sold separately.

If both are on your shortlist, you are comparing two products from one company. Veldun is separate. It is new, built by a small team, with a narrower feature set than platforms that have been around for fifteen years. It gives associations of 75 to 500 members a published price and every feature on every plan.

Veldun puts members, dues, events, email newsletters and your website in one account. An admin types one sentence about the next CPD evening, and Veldun fills in the event details, prices and reminder for the admin to check and publish. Members pay into your own Stripe account, and Veldun takes nothing.

When the newsletter is due, Veldun drafts it from your own events, new members and news from the profession, and the admin sends it. Renewal reminders go out on their own, 30, 14 and 7 days before a membership lapses, with nobody reviewing them first. So renewal season no longer depends on someone remembering to chase.
